Vitamin D 1000IU is essential for Calcium level maintenance in our bones and
low Calcium levels may eventually lead to osteoporosis. There has been a
great deal of media interest recently with this amazing vitamin, in
which a daily dosage of 1000iu was recommended. Research has shown
Vitamin D is strongly associated with improved lung function. It is
advisable to supplement with Vitamin D as we age, as the body's ability
to process Vitamin D is diminished.
Vitamin D3 - 25µg (1000iu)
Take 1 tablet per day after a meal
